Why this page is a legal promise. Under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), a seller must have a reasonable basis to ship within the time it states, or within 30 days if it states none. If it cannot, it must offer the buyer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. So every time below is a commitment. The one delivery figure is 4-9 business days; it is the same on every product page, in the delivery estimate at checkout, in the structured data and in the shopping feeds.

Where we ship
United States addresses only. Checkout accepts a shipping address in the United States and nowhere else. OPERATOR: confirm whether Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO and PO boxes are included.
How long it takes
Every mug is made to order and printed by our production partners in the United States, so it ships within the US. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays, and are counted from the day after you order.
- Production: 1-3 business days from order to dispatch
- Delivery after dispatch: 3-6 business days
- Total: your mug arrives in 4-9 business days, the same figure shown on every product page and at checkout
The banner at the top of the shop shows the last day to order for delivery before Black Friday and before Christmas. It is worked out from the longest times above.
What it costs
Shipping is $5.95 for the first mug and $4.00 for each additional mug in the same order. There is no free-shipping threshold. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. One order holds up to 10 mugs; for more, place a second order.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you the tracking number. OPERATOR: confirm the shipped email is live before launch.
If your order is late
If we learn we cannot ship by the time stated above, we will email you before that date with a new expected ship date and your options:
- Accept the delay, or
- Cancel and receive a full refund.
LAWYER: confirm the notice wording, the rule that silence counts as consent only to a first delay of 30 days or less, and that a second delay needs your express consent, under 16 CFR 435.2(b). If you cancel, we refund promptly. LAWYER: number of days, from 16 CFR 435.1; 7 working days in most cases, one billing cycle in the case linked to credit sales (SOURCES U2).
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we can reship for the cost of a new shipping charge OPERATOR: confirm, or refund the item less shipping.
Customs and duties
None. Orders are produced and delivered inside the United States, so no customs or duties apply.
