1. Who we are

"We", "us" and "our" mean Suchmugs S.R.L. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. Who can buy

We sell to consumers buying for personal use. We ship only to addresses in the United States. OPERATOR: confirm whether US territories, APO/FPO and PO boxes are accepted. You must be OPERATOR: 18 or the age of majority where you live to place an order. LAWYER: age line wording.

3. Products

We sell ceramic mugs printed with our own designs, some of them personalized with text you provide. Sizes offered: 11oz and 15oz, white ceramic. Each mug is made to order and printed by our production partners in the United States.

Photos and previews show the design as closely as we can. Colors on screen and the exact placement of the print can vary slightly from the finished mug. OPERATOR: confirm the care line, for example dishwasher and microwave statements, from the print partner's product spec. Do not publish a care claim the partner has not confirmed.

4. Personalized orders

• You are responsible for the text you enter: spelling, names, dates and capitalization are printed as typed.
• After you pay, we email an order confirmation that repeats your personalization. If it is wrong, reply within 12 hours and we will correct it if production has not started.
• We may refuse or cancel, with a full refund, any personalization that is unlawful, hateful, infringes someone else's rights (for example a trademark, a character or a song lyric), or that we cannot print well.
• By submitting text you confirm you have the right to use it and you give us permission to print it on your order.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown on the product page and at checkout.
• Shipping is $5.95 for the first mug and $4.00 for each additional mug, with no free-shipping threshold, and is shown at checkout before you pay (see the Shipping Policy).
• Sales tax: OPERATOR and tax adviser: state whether tax is collected. Do not publish a tax line until the adviser confirms.
• Payment is taken by card through Stripe's hosted checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.
• One discount code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied after an order is placed. OPERATOR: confirm code rules, including whether creator codes are first-order-only.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order placed at an obvious pricing error.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send the order confirmation email. Your card statement will show SUCHMUGS.COM.

7. Cancellations

You may ask to cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@suchmugs.com with your order number. After that your mug may already be in production and we may not be able to stop it, but the Refund and Returns Policy still applies.

8. Shipping and delivery

See the Shipping Policy: production takes 1-3 business days and your mug arrives in 4-9 business days. If we cannot ship within the time we state, we will tell you and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. LAWYER: confirm the FTC Mail Order Rule applies to a foreign seller and that the Shipping Policy flow meets 16 CFR 435.2.

9. Refunds and returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship a return back within 30 days of delivery; you pay the return shipping, and personalized mugs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. The full terms are in the Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Warranty

If your mug arrives damaged or misprinted we will replace or refund it, as set out in the Refund and Returns Policy. LAWYER: that promise is likely a written warranty, which under federal warranty law bars disclaiming implied warranties. So no implied-warranty disclaimer is drafted here. 11. Our designs

The designs, photos and text on this store belong to us or our licensors. Buying a mug does not give you any right to copy or resell the design.

12. Reviews

If we ask you for a review we ask every buyer the same way, we never pay for or reward a review, and we publish reviews whatever their rating, except for abusive or unlawful content. OPERATOR: confirm before review collection starts.

13. Liability

LAWYER: limitation of liability clause, consumer-safe for US states and consistent with the chosen governing law.

14. Governing law and disputes

LAWYER: choose governing law and venue (Romanian law, a US state, or the buyer's own law). This choice decides whether EU consumer rules, including the 14-day withdrawal right, are imported into US sales. If a dispute is heard by an EU court, Rome I Art 6 keeps the consumer's home-country protections whatever law is chosen; it does not bind US courts. Do not add an arbitration or class-waiver clause without a ruling.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
